Responsibilities 職責

The role of Junior Pastry is key contributor of The Langham pastry / bakery production to pursue excellent quality in competitive hotel and catering market. The Pastry will be kept up-to-date with hotel events, promotions, new concepts and work methods.

初級糕餅師是朗廷酒店西廚餅房甜品團隊的主要成員,於競爭激烈的酒店餐飲市場致力追求卓越品質。對於最新的酒店活動、促銷、嶄新品質概念及技藝,糕餅師會參與其中及獲得最新資訊。

Qualifications 入職條件

  • Prior pastry, bakery or kitchen preparation experience is preferred; fresh graduates with pastry training may be considered;
  • Diploma or certificate in Pastry, Bakery, Culinary Arts or related discipline or relevant pastry or bakery training is preferred;
  • Be Organized, independent and confident under pressure;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Be willing to work shift duties
  • 有糕點、烘焙或廚房準備經驗者優先;接受過糕點訓練的應屆畢業生亦可考慮。
  • 持有糕點、烘焙、烹飪藝術或相關專業的文憑或證書,或接受過相關的糕點或烘焙培訓者優先。
  • 工作時具有組織力,有信心承受壓力下獨立工作;
  • 良好溝通及人際技巧;
  • 需輪班工作;
