Senior Server / Captain (5-day work week)

Job Description

• Supporting the daily operations of the restaurant in breakfast buffet, ensuring high-quality service.
• Supporting the Room Service operation process from order taking to delivery to ensure it meets hotel standards.
• Proactively gather guest feedback and work with the team to implement improvements.          
• Maintain close communication with the kitchen team and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirement

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in Food & Beverage /Hospitality industry
• Able to work early morning shifts (06:30 am - 15:30 pm) 
• Proficient in spoken and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin
