Housekeeping Supervisor (5 Days)

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily duties of Room Attendants and cleaner, ensure guest rooms and hotel area are clean and in good condition according to the hotel standard
• Check rooms and ensure the standard of all rooms is equal to hotel’s requirements
• Perform guest floor monitoring duties & meet in-house guest needs to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Handle guest requests and complaints, report to superior for the follow up action
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in hotel industry
• Certificate in Supervisory course or equivalent disciplines.
• Independent, flexible and good interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
