ASSISTANT FINANCE MANAGER – PORTFOLIO LEASING (1) DEPARTMENT

Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring the financial performance of leasing portfolio
• Prepare monthly financial reports for management review
• Work with business units to prepare budgeting and forecasting plans
• Consolidate revenue & expenses of leasing portfolio and track performance with variance analysis
• Provide support for ad-hoc analyses and reports

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ solid experience in financial reporting and analysis, preferably gained from real estate industry
• Qualified member of ACCA / HKICPA or equivalent is a plus
• Proficiency in consolidating accounts and well versed in using Excel for financial modeling
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
