Program Highlights:

You will undergo a well-structured training and development program that includes classroom training and practical hands-on experience at branches or training centre. This program is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills required to deliver excellent customer services independently. 

You will begin your learning journey as Assistant Personal Services Manager, progressing to Assistant Personal Banking Manager, and ultimately advancing to the targeted position of Customer Relationship Manager (Wealth Management) under retail branch within 18 months.

Job Scopes:

• Solicit business opportunities by providing quality banking services and handling personal account opening
• Promote and facilitate the use of e-banking products and services
• Provide professional banking services to meet customers' financial needs and planning
• Assist in maintaining, developing and retaining quality customer relationships
• Assist in developing the Bank's Wealth Management Customer segment portfolio by prospecting new customers

Job Requirement:

• Graduates of 2024-2026 with Bachelor's Degree or above
• Determined to be a retail branch relationship manager with strong passion to grow and excel
• Creative, proactive, responsible
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Prior working or internship experience in related industry is a plus
