We are looking for a motivated Head Chef 

Job Description:

  • Make sure kitchen operations are smooth
  • Ensure a high quality of food and high level of hygiene are maintained daily
  • Manage and train kitchen staff.
  • Develop recipes and menus.
  • Determine presentation plans.
  • Order and evaluate the quality of new food.
  • Help with financial planning and budgeting.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate required. Culinary school preferred.
  • Previous experience as sous chef or head chef in fine establishments is referred
  • Knowledge about food portion control and food cost
  • Have passion for cuisine, team player, cheerful and good communication skills
  • Must good written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese including English and Mandarin
