Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective Corporate Banking clients, with a primary coverage on one of the following client segments:

           - Taiwanese corporates

           - Hong Kong large corporates

           - Hong Kong mid-cap corporates

           - Mainland China corporates

• Solicit and grow loan and deposit business in line with assigned targets and the Bank’s overall strategy and vision
• Provide professional, tailored financial solutions across corporate lending (bilateral and syndicated loans), trade finance, cash management, and treasury products
• Support and drive cross‑selling opportunities in collaboration with different teams within Corporate Banking
• Perform credit analysis, prepare credit proposals, and support credit approval and portfolio monitoring processes
• Compliant with the bank’s internal rules and regulatory requirements

Ideal candidates are expected to possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking / Finance or related discipline;
• At least 6 years’ experience in Corporate Banking frontline role
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Sophisticated in building client relationships
• Outgoing, strong motivation in establishing new client base
• Familiar with banking products, strong analytical skills to the financial industry and market trends
• Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
