Front Desk Supervisor / Assistant Front Desk Supervisor

(5 - Day Work Week)

Job Duties

• Handle guest check-in and check-out in a professional manner
• Supervise and ensure a smooth and efficient operation at the Front Desk
• To provide guest service and enhance the satisfaction from our guests 

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma holder in Hotel Management, Front Office or other related disciplines
• Minimum 2 year working experience in hospitality industry
• Good command in English & Chinese (Mandarin)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Guest-oriented, friendly and courteous
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Front Desk Supervisor
