Chef de Partie - Pastry

Job Responsibilities:

• Producing and preparing Pastry food products at the assigned Hotel’s outlets and events held within or outside of the Hotel
• Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the Pastry Kitchen, work areas, kitchen utensils and other materials and equipment used by Pastry Kitchen staff
• To ensure accurate maintenance of recipes and product specifications.
• Ensure smooth and effective communications within the operation

Job Qualifications:

• At least 3 year of experience in Food and Beverage Operations in an establishment with service standard pitched at deluxe level, preferably with pre and post opening experience.
• Excellent presentation, counseling and presentation skills.
• Fluent spoken Cantonese and preferably English.
