Supervisor / Captain 19K-22K

Being one of the few robatayaki Japanese restaurants that is located on the upper floors of one of the tallest buildings in the world. Inakaya has successfully maintained and strengthened its upscale and find image in Hong Kong.

We are looking for a motivated Supervisor / Captain 19K-22K 

Responsibilities:

1. Providing professional service with hospitality
2. Assist to ensure a smooth operation and achieve a high level of customer service within the restaurant
3. Deliver exceptional customer service and motivate the staff the do the same.
4. Communicating with kitchen staff for guests’ request and special orders.
5. Organize and supervise shifts, train new staff

Requirements:

1. 1-2 years working experience in Japanese restaurants, fine dining experience is preferred
2. Good knowledge Japanese cuisine.
3. Willing to learn and able to work in a high pace dining room
4. Team player who is willing to take on challenges
5. Must good written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese including English and Mandarin
6. Less experienced candidates will also be considered for the captain role.
