Senior Specialist, Trade & Loans Operations

Responsibilities:

• Handle end‑to‑end loan and trade finance transaction processing, including performing second level checking of LC documents
• Check terms and conditions of loan documents and drawdown letters, disburse loans
• Prepare collateral report and monitor collateral
• Identify documentation and workflow deficiencies, report and follow-up
• Liaise with head office, Relationship Mangers and other departments
• Provide administrative support and other duties as assigned
• Conduct compliance and regulatory checks

Candidates are expected to possess:

• Degree holder or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in trade & loans operations
• Familiar with UCP600, ISBP, ISP98, URDG 758
• Good knowledge of processing bilateral, syndicated loans and LC documents checking
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin & Cantonese
• Detail oriented, ability to work under pressure and multi-task
• Team spirit, good interpersonal, communications and organization skill
• Candidates with further experience will be viewed favorably
