Housekeeping Supervisor 樓層督導 (5 Days Work 5 天工作制)

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for running efficiency operation of hotel area
• Ensure the hotel areas are clean and in good condition according to the hotel standard and procedures
• Supervise and control the work performance of all the room attendant and cleaner
• Handle guest request and complaints, report to superior for the follow up action
• Perform other ad hoc job duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with related certificate is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years related experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
