Senior Engineer / Engineer (Kowloon Bay District)

The successful candidate will perform day-to-day building maintenance management services. Other duties include
overseeing building and facilities maintenance and repairs, and undertaking improvement work for properties.

Requirements:

• Degree with 4 years or Higher Diploma with 6 years of relevant experience in Building Services / Electrical / Building operations, repair, and maintenance of commercial buildings
• Solid experience in building services and building related work including renovation and fitting out work of commercial buildings
• Good communication in both English and Chinese
• Knowledge of PC operations
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Engineer
