Essential duties and responsibilities

• Provide our guests with unparalleled hospitality, from an effortless arrival and departure experience in a gracious and polite manner
• Coordinate with all concerned departments to fulfill guest needs and requests
• Host and welcome all guests in a natural and spontaneous manner to make our guests feel welcome whilst they spend their time with us
• Update the guest preference, feedback and comments on to the guest profile section
• Fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the hotel, create renowned memorable experiences for our guests

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel in similar capacity or in Guest Relations service
• Experience with the Opera system is an advantage
• Commit and passionate in delivering personalized guest service, anticipatory with a keen eye for detail
• High standards of professional manner with exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain guest relationships
• Excellent command of spoken Korean and English is a must. Cantonese and Mandarin are highly preferred. Any additional languages will be valuable
