Manage corporate sales activities and events in alignment with the Hotel’s Sales & Marketing plan, including pre‑qualifying corporate accounts, opening new accounts, and finalizing proposals
Oversee and monitor all rate proposals within the corporate segment
Ensure smooth operations within the Corporate Section of the Sales Team
Support the implementation of sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to build a strong and disciplined sales team and achieve overall sales targets
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related discipline, with at least 3 years of experience in hotel corporate sales
Strong connections with business conglomerates or reputable brands (e.g., top‑tier corporate accounts in Hong Kong and China) will be an advantage
Prior experience in hotels of a similar scale and market positioning is highly preferred
Proactive, goal‑oriented, and capable of identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities
Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
