 Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily preparation and production of all pastries, desserts, and other sweet dishes, as well as bakery items, for the restaurant menus and banqueting, ensuring consistent high quality.
  • Work with a team to execute new pastry recipes.
  • Ensure food quality and hygiene standards, including pastries temperatures

Requirements

  • 1-2 years’ relevant experience
  • Independent, proactive, and possess a positive attitude
  • Good common sense for making daily on-the-job decisions.
  • Flexible and available to work under a shift rotation
