Senior Catering Sales Manager / Catering Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Able to identify potential business for event planning solutions and services; preferably with events engaged with the hotel; projects concluded outside hotel can also be considered
• Focus on the generating of extra incremental revenues into the hotel
• Monitor the logistic deployment plan after project confirmed; and ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
• Meeting sales goals and target set by the company
• Manage all correspondences from proposal, contracting and other necessary departmental papers
• Conduct sales calls, entertainment and attending social events as requested by the Company
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Catering Sales Manager

Requirements

• Degree holder in Hotel Management or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years relevant catering sales experience in hotels
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Capable of working in a fast-track environment and under pressure
• Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
