Captain / Waiter / Waitress

Job Duties:

• Ensure all standards procedure for the operation of the Club are followed
• Comply with food and beverage regulations
• Interact with members, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess member needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Present menu and provide detailed information (eg. Portions, allergies)
• Accurate order taking with POS system

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year’ relevant experience in hotels/clubs
• Good communication skills
• Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Shift duty is required
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• More experience will be considered as Captain
