Senior Customer Services Officer – Call Center

Responsibilities

  • Handling all incoming telephone calls related to guest request, enquiries and etc.
  • Placing internal job orders
  • Handling reservations enquiries, room reservation requests and confirmation
  • To perform a coordinator role for hotel in order to satisfy the guests’ need

Requirements

  • Proactive, responsible, pleasant, patient & good communication and inter-personal skills
  • 3 years' related working experience in hotel industry, preferred in call center
  • Good command of both written and spoken in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Shift duty is required
  • 8 days off per month
  • Immediate and short-notice availability preferred
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Customer Services Officer
