Project Manager - Data Science & Governance

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for AI and digital transformation initiatives, from initiation and planning through execution, delivery, and closure.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
• Coordinate project resources, including AI developers, technical teams, vendors, and business users, to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, and issue logs, and proactively manage dependencies and constraints.
• Facilitate project governance, decision‑making, and change control processes.
• Ensure project deliverables comply with enterprise standards, security requirements, data governance, and quality expectations.
• Support user adoption activities such as rollout planning, stakeholder communication, training coordination, and post‑implementation review.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 8–10+ years of working experience in IT or digital projects, with a strong focus on project management.
• Proven experience managing system development, digital transformation, or AI‑related projects in a corporate or enterprise environment.
• Good understanding of AI solutions such as M365 Copilot, including their business use cases, capabilities, and implementation considerations (hands‑on development is not required).
• Strong experience in stakeholder management, able to bridge business and technical teams effectively.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and risk management skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) required
