The Repulse Bay is seeking a Resident Engagement Officer to help foster a strong sense of community and ensure residents feel welcome within our property.
Key Accountabilities
- Warmly welcome new residents to the community and help them feel at home from day one by familiarising them with the property, amenities, and services
- Plan and develop events and activities such as social gatherings, sports competitions, and recreational programmes, as well as create volunteering opportunities that bring residents together to support worthy causes
- Manage and monitor the digital customer service platform
- Act as a liaison between residents and the estate management team to address concerns or issues as they arise
- Support the attraction of potential residents through input into and involvement in promotional events
- Build strong relationships with residents and respond effectively to their requests and expectations
- Demonstrate creativity and initiative
General Requirements
- Certificate or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related discipline
- 1–2 years of experience in the hospitality or services industry
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- A poised and professional manner when dealing with stakeholders, with the ability to influence both internal and external parties
- An independent, proactive, and customer‑oriented approach with a positive mindset
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Creative flair
