Job Responsibilities:

  • System data entry;
  • Assist in the applications process with external parties by preparing documents;
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the department in daily operational activities;
  • Internal documents collection, checking, and filing;
  • To perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor.

 

Job Requirements:

  • HKDSE / HKCEE or above;
  • 1-2 years' relevant working experience;
  • Proficient in MS Office including MS Word, Excel;
  • Good typing skills;
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills;
  • Detail-oriented, willing to learn, good team player;
  • Immediately available is highly preferred.
