Part-Time Chinese Translator – Private Wealth Management Research (6-Month Contract)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a part-time Chinese translator to support our PWM Research team by translating investment reports from English into both Simplified and Traditional Chinese, with proper formatting.  

Responsibilities:

• Translate regular and ad-hoc research reports, including:

- Wealth Monthly

- Fixed Income Monthly

- Wealth Flash

- US & China Bi-Weekly Outlook

Work Schedule:

• Part-time, 6-month contract
• Original English reports are usually available by 6PM, translations due by midnight same day or next morning

Requirements:

• Native-level Simplified and Traditional Chinese
• Strong written English
• Financial translation experience preferred
• Detail-oriented and reliable under time pressure
• Familiar with AI translation tools and MS Word formatting
