Officer to Assistant Manager, Fund Accountant, Custody Services Department

Job Responsibilities

• Check valuations for mutual funds, unit trusts and private equity funds to ensure fund services and controls timely

• Montior investment compliance for mutual funds/unit trusts

• Responsible for the set up of ETF and contact point of responsible clients

• Work closely with auditors for audit enquiries 

• Ensure the operation procedures are adhered to regulatory and bank requirements

• Perform User Acceptance Test on system enhancement and new product

• Supervise and provide training to junior staff and participate in ad hoc projects

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Accounting, Finance, Business or related disciplines

• Minimum 3 years of experience in fund accounting

• Familiar with different investment products

• Experience in ETF is a must 

• Knowledge of Global Custody and securities services is preferred

• Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese, including Putonghua

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Deputy Manager
