- Degree / Diploma holder in hospitality management or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years hotel room sales experience with 2 years in managerial level
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
- Ability to adapt to changing of market dynamics and quickly adjust sales strategies
- Strong networking in travel agents and corporate business
- Good team player with strong leadership skills
- Self-motivated and well-organized with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Director of Sales
