Assistant Procurement Manager/Senior Procurement Officer - F&B

Job Responsibilities:

• To take charge in the management of the procurement operations, focusing on Food & Beverage supplies
• Developing procurement source plans, which meet the needs of the specific business area
• Development and implementation of purchasing category best practices
• To ensure that company expenses are minimized through the use of effective purchasing and by obtaining the most competitive prices for goods and services
• Anticipating business and clients needs in the development of business and source plans, product and service requirements

Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years relevant experience
• Hospitality purchasing experience in F&B is an advantage
• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Proficiency in procurement system, SCM
• Diploma in Materials Management / Procurement preferred
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Procurement Manager
