The Henderson Hospitality Limited is entering an exciting new chapter as we continue to set new benchmarks for luxury hospitality and dining excellence. As our portfolio grows, we are seeking an exceptional member to join our team as Steward Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities 工作職責:

• Monitor the daily operations of stewarding team to ensure the compliance with hygiene standards and make improvements 監控管事團隊的日常運作，確保符合衛生標準並進行改進。
• Supervise the team members to ensure cleanliness of the public areas and equipment 監督下屬以確保公共區域及設備的清潔
• Operations Support: Liaise with the food & beverage and kitchen team to coordinate equipment needs for banquets and events. 運作支援: 與廚師及餐飲部門溝通，配合宴會或大型活動的設備需求。
• Provide accurate records for cleaning work, inspection and inventory. 提供準確的清潔，檢查及庫存記錄。
• Handle any issues or challenges that arise during the shift 處理當值期間的突發情況
• Any other duties assigned by Chief Steward 處理主管指派的其他職務

Requirements 職位要求:

• 2 - 4 years’ relative working experience with supervisory level experience is preferable 擁有 2 - 4 年相關工作經驗，有監督經驗者優先。
• Prior experience in hotel or food & beverage industry is preferable 具酒店或飲食業的相關工作經驗者優先
• Responsible, well organized, strong supervisory skills and a good team player 責任心強、組織良好、有良好的監督能力和團隊合作精神
• Excellent in spoken and written Chinese, Mandarin and English 良好的中英文（包括普通話）口語和書面表達能力
