Room Attendant (房務員)

As the Room Attendant at Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of guestrooms. Your positive and friendly attitude will enhance the experience for both guests and fellow team members, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel.

您的日常工作簡要 

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
每一天都是不同的一天，但大致工作内容如下： 

• Maintaining an excellent level cleanliness in guestrooms
  為客人房間提供優質清潔服務
• Replenishing amenities according to operational standards 
  補充客房內的日用品

What we need from you
我們對您的要求 

• 1 year of work experience as a Room Attendant is preferred
  擁有一年房務員經驗者會被優先考慮
• Willing to work on shifts
  願意輪班工作
• Able to speak and communicate in English and Mandarin in handling guest needs
  能夠用英語和普通話與客人交流，並處理客人需求
