As the Barista at Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong, you’ll serve more than great coffee – you’ll serve connection, creativity, and comfort in every cup. Whether it's a guest’s first espresso or a daily ritual, you craft each drink with precision, warmth, and personality.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Preparing and serving premium coffee beverages with care
• Keeping your station clean, efficient, and welcoming
• Engaging guests in friendly conversation about coffee and daily life
• Supporting the café or lounge team during service rushes
• Participating in tastings and seasonal product development

What we need from you

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a barista in quality-focused cafes or hotels
• Passionate about coffee, curious about new brewing methods
• Skilled in espresso machines, latte art, and basic maintenance
• Friendly, outgoing, and always ready to connect with guests
• Good command in English and Chinese; Mandarin or other languages is an advantage
