Guest Experience Officer - The Continental Club

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain professionalism to deliver hospitality service for Club Floor guests
• Build rapport with guests to secure repeated business
• Perform Check in / out and offer concierge service to guests
• Provide breakfast and cocktail service to guests
• Uphold the service standard and cleanliness of the lounge to guarantee guest satisfaction
• Ensure efficient refill and stock level of Food & Beverage items

Requirements:

• Tertiary education in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years work experience in Hotel / Customer Service with at least 1 year experience in Food & Beverage preferably
• Able to work independently and handle shift duties 
• Good command of spoken English and Mandarin
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Guest Relations Agent
