Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the section, including internal and external bookings, lunch arrangements, outing bookings, email correspondence, and phone enquiries.
Assist in handling parents’ enquiries regarding programmes, support enrolment processes, and deliver quality customer service.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in a relevant field.
Prior experience in customer service and administration is an advantage.
Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
Proactive, detail-minded, organised, able to work independently and manage tasks under pressure with a pleasant disposition.
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Stationed at Tsim Sha Tsui.
Candidates with immediate availability will be highly considered.
