Floors Supervisor

SHERATON HONG KONG HOTEL & TOWERS

Supervise the performance of room attendants and take appropriate action to correct deficient conditions, behavior and work practices.
Conduct inspections of guest rooms / guest areas and back of the house areas to ensure adherence to cleanliness, maintenance, safety and security. Report, as directed, any observed deviations to established standards.
Set up schedules for associates in accordance with staffing guides / productivity requirements. Review and adjust staffing daily to ensure optimum staffing levels. Review assignments of associates and make adjustments.
Communicate throughout the day with Front Office and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Monitor consumption and order replacement of guest and cleaning supplies.
Coordinate with Shift Leader to arrange general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned and in order to adhere to safety standards.
Handle and follow up complaints in order to ensure guest satisfaction.
