As store HRBP, you will be responsible for any HR related matter of the store
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the retail commercial team to provide HR strategy, organizational needs and to drive HR projects and people initiatives
- Manage all HR activities of the responsible store on employee relations, in compliance to HR-related legislation and policy execution
- Field coaching on daily basis for your responsible store to ensure smooth retail operations
- Assist Head of HRBP to review store productivity, KPI indicators and operational efficiency
- Work with internal HR partners on headcount planning, identify training needs and involved in performance evaluation
- Support and coordinator on the whole new joiner onboarding and exit process
- Prepare monthly management report for review
Requirements:
- At least 2 years or above in HR experience, including 1 year + HRBP experience preferred
- Experience in Store Operation and Management, retail exposure is a must;
- Ability to adapt multi-task with tight deadlines
- Detail-minded, responsible, Initiative and result-oriented
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written & spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Proficient PC skills in MS office
