Service Associate (禮賓服務專員)

Responsibilities:

The successful candidates will be responsible for providing one-stop personalized service and prompt attention to our residents. S/he will ensure provision of comfortable and safe living environment for our residents as well as promoting harmonious neighborhood relationship. S/he will also act as the first point of contact for residents on services and enquiries, carry out security duties including daily patrolling, ensure all facilities are running smoothly and coordinate with different teams to ensure Premium Services delivery.​​​​​
