Engineer工程師

Responsibilities:

• Assist Chief Engineer for the integrity of the hotel physical facilities including proper operation, repair, maintenance & installation of mechanical and electrical plant, fire & life safety, physical security of the building and assets of the hotel.
• Makes daily, weekly and monthly work assignment as regards to repairs and preventative maintenance and to follow through until work is completed in a satisfactory manner. 
• To assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Engineering Department in support of all other operating departments
• Ensures the correct, efficient and timely operation and maintenance of all mechanical and electrical services. Provides technical support and leads and supervises in fault diagnosis and trouble shooting.
• Carry out both the operational and administrative duties. 
• Require working shift duty.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior or the hotel management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Mechanical/ Electrical or Building Engineering
• Minimum 5 years working experience at Hotel/ Apartment engineering discipline is preferred
• Good technical knowledge in electrical system, plumbing system and MVAC system
• Good communication in both English and Chinese
• Knowledge of PC operations
• Possess Electrical Worker Certificate (Grade B)
