Job Description

You will be responsible for delivering an excellent and consistent level of service to our guests. As a Host – Front Office / Regency Club, you will assist with guest services at the Front Office and Regency Club, providing courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service to maximize guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Preferably with work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.

Fresh graduates will also be considered.
