  • Lead a team to Conduct credit card market research, including market trend and competitors analysis
  • Develop and formulate credit card business strategies, financial model, propositions and tactical plans
  • Use data analysis to evaluate marketing campaigns/business strategies and to identify business opportunities
  • Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Quantitative analysis or equivalent qualifications at HKQF level 5
  • A minimum 8 year relevant working experience in Credit Card, Retail Banking, Product Management, Customer Management or Sales Development of which at least 3 years in managerial level
  • Good stakeholder management, self-motivated with strong influencing and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in SAS / other statistical analysis tools is preferred
  • Solid experience in Chinese business paper/proposal writing and PowerPoint
