Personal Banking Officer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain long-term relationship with prospective customers
• Provide financial planning service and promote banking products, including but not limit to insurance, deposit, credit card, mortgage, loans in accordance with the need of customers

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder or above in any discipline
• HKIB banking professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) preferred
• Minimum 1 year of branch sales experience in banking industry
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, knowledge of Fukienese will be an advantage
• Qualifications of HKSI, IIQE & MPF a must
• Sales and service oriented with excellent interpersonal skills

(Fresh graduates with required professional qualification will also be considered)
