Responsibilities:
- Lead the team to drive mortgage loan business
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders, such as property agencies, to expand customer base
- Coach and mentor team members to ensure the team is meeting its sales targets
- Ensure business procedures is in comply with the relevant rules and regulations
- Degree holder in Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines or equivalent qualification at HKQF level 5
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in mortgage business field, with team leading exposure preferred
- Strong communication skill and risk awareness
- Passes in MPF, Insurance, Securities and Futures Intermediaries Examinations (Qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Type 1 & 4) would be an advantage
- ECF achievement is the definite advantage
