What will you do?
- Process purchase requisitions, purchase orders in accordance with hotel policies and approval matrix.
- Source quotations, conduct price comparisons, and prepare evaluation summaries to support cost-effective purchasing decisions.
- Ensure all purchases comply with approved suppliers, contract terms, and internal procurement procedures.
- Coordinate closely with requesting departments (Rooms, F&B, Engineering, Housekeeping, IT, Sales & Marketing, etc.) to understand operational needs and delivery timelines.
- Liaise with suppliers on pricing, availability, delivery schedules, and service performance.
What do we seek in you?
- Diploma or above in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of purchasing experience, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment in Hong Kong.
- Exposure to hotel purchasing systems and tendering processes is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
