Property & Facility Manager/ Assistant Property & Facility Manager (5-Day Work Week)

Job duties:

  • To be responsible for day-to-day operation of a designated property portfolio
  • To supervise the daily operations of the Senior Property Officers /Property Officers and other staff
  • To monitor the performance of services contractors, in particular of cleaning, security, landscaping and repair & maintenance (R&M) contractors
  • To oversee the R&M conditions of the properties & prioritize R&M works with technical team.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree holder in property management or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in property management in which 3 years’ must be at supervisory level
  • Holder of PMP Licence is an advantage
  • A member of relevant professional organizations is preferred
  • Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances
  • Strong and effective leadership with solid people and team management
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidates will less experience will also be considered as Assistant Property & Facility Manager
