Product Management Manager (Retail Banking Product Management Division)

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end retail product lifecycle & oversee product design, development, launch promotion and ongoing optimization
• Perform in-depth market research, trend analysis and clients’ needs analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and refinement
• Collaborate with technology and operations teams to implement product features, optimize systems and ensure robust performance and user experiences
• Develop product roadmaps, marketing strategies and plans, review market dynamics and competitors, support sales teams to capture greater market share
• Keep abreast of latest market trends, regulatory update and competitor offerings, drive continuous improvements in product and service quality
• Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned  

Requirements:

• University degree or above in Finance, Business Administration or related discipline
• Around 4 to 6 years’ from banking / financial sector with good finance knowledge and solid understanding of retail banking products such as funds, stocks, bonds, margins, precious metals, etc.
• Proven market research & data analytical skills, able to identify product features & market trends & support product innovation and decisions
• Strong product design and lifecycle management experience, capable to manage independently different stages of requirement analysis, launch and ongoing optimization
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills & work closely with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English with proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage
