Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Chief Concierge in supervising the concierge team
  • Coordinate VIP and high‑profile guest arrivals and departures
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate the guest experience
  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences: greet and assist guests, handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and manage special requests with professionalism and discretion

Requirements: 

  • Higher Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 5–6 years in a concierge, guest services, or front office role in a luxury hotel
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
