Branch - Senior Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Interact with new corporate customer and handle account opening procedure in a professional and courteous manner
• Perform KYC and CDD checking on prospective customer, ensure full compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements
• Achieve individual business targets through acquiring new accounts
• Identify customers' needs and match their needs with appropriate products and services
• Actively participate in outreach marketing events and coach junior Business Development Teammates

Requirements

• University graduates preferred, with a minimum of 4 years' banking experience
• Experience in providing financial products and services to retail or commercial customers is required
• Relevant HKIB qualification is an advantage
• HKIB Certified Bankers preferred
• Sound knowledge of retail banking products and services, and capable of delivering excellent services
• Passed in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations (IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 or equivalent)
• Passed in the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination or an Exempted / Qualified Securities Dealer (HKSI Paper 1, 7, 8 or equivalent)
• Passed in the Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF)
• Proactive, independent, result-oriented, and a good team player
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua a plus
