Branch - Team Head, Relationship Management

Responsibilities

• Implement business plans to lead team to achieve preset sales targets and objectives
• Generate new business for the branch
• Identify customers’ needs and match their needs with appropriate products and services
• Provide high quality customer service and professional advise in the best interests of customers
• Ensure branch sales are in compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines

Requirements

• University graduate, preferably with CFMP or CFP qualification
• Passed in the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination or an Exempted / Qualified Securities Dealer
• Passed in the MPF and Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination
• Minimum of 6 years' solid experience in banking sector, with at least 5 years of sales and marketing position in retail banking field
• Relevant HKIB qualification is an advantage
• HKIB Certified Bankers preferred
• Sound knowledge in retail banking products & services and able to lead a team to ensure excellent services are provided
• Strong technical knowledge of the Bank’s products and services
• Good understanding of relevant branch policies, procedures, practices, rules and sales compliance requirements
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua will be an advantage
