Host/Hostess – Coffee Shop 餐廳款接員–咖啡室 (5 Days Work 5 天工作制)

Job Descriptions:

• To handle all the reservations and re-confirm the booking to ensure the validity of booking
• To build up rapport with guests, especially with regular guests
• To reinforces hotel image and impress customers with warm hospitality during their dining at the restaurant

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 or above or related disciplines with minimum 3 years related experience
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
