Regent Experience Agent - Guest Services (Bell Host)

YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Provide services for guests requiring travel arrangements including local sightseeing, restaurant reservations and transportation arrangement etc.
• Handling on parcels delivery
• Assist with guest’s luggage and belongings proactively upon arrival and departure
• Welcome and bid farewell to all hotel guests at the main entrance
• Assist the door attendant to man the door, when necessary
• Ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor / manager

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Good communication skill
• Good team player with positive attitude
