Responsibilities

• Perform guest floor monitoring duties & meet in-house guest needs to enhance staying experience; 
• Manage daily duties of Room Attendants or Butlers
• Handle guest comments and complaints with tact in accordance to the hotel’s policies and procedures;
• Follow up on amenities order on a daily basis
• Handle ad hoc projects assigned by the management

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years working experience in hotel industry (Minimum 1 year for Supervisor)
• Diploma or above;
• Independent & confident to work under pressure;
• Good interpersonal skills;
• Good team player with excellent communication skills in both English & Chinese;
• Additional language would be an advantage.
