The Repulse Bay is seeking an Assistant Event Manager to support the daily operations of Event Sales, with a focus on corporate events, banquets, brand partnerships, and sponsorships.
Key Accountabilities
- Oversee the end‑to‑end inquiry‑to‑booking process, converting leads into confirmed events through timely, professional communication and effective follow‑up.
- Identify and maximize revenue opportunities through upselling and personalised sales approaches.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, delivering exceptional account servicing and fostering long‑term partnerships.
- Assist the Sales Manager in preparing event documentation to ensure consistent, high‑quality service delivery.
- Coordinate event orders and liaise with relevant internal departments to ensure successful event execution.
- Understand the needs of both internal and external stakeholders and bridge the gap between guest expectations and operational delivery.
- Set strategic priorities to achieve sales targets and align with the team to accomplish common goals.
General Requirements
- Degree holder in Event Management, Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the F&B, events, or catering sales industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with enthusiasm for meeting and engaging new clients.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
