We're looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our authentic Western & Spain cuisine restaurant.
What you'll do – Key responsibilities
- Lead all front-of-house and overall restaurant operations with passion for Western & Spanish culinary culture
- Recruit, onboard, train and inspire a high-performing team.
- Maintain and elevate our high standards of service
- Work closely with the Head Chef & kitchen brigade to ensure seamless front-to-back coordination
- Manage scheduling, labour costs, and floor plan optimisation for both à la carte and potential private events / tasting menus
- Drive consistent guest satisfaction – personally greet tables, handle special requests & VIPs, resolve issues with grace and immediacy
- Control inventory, minimise waste, monitor food & beverage costs
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, licensing and workplace health & safety regulations
- Analyse sales reports, guest feedback and team performance; implement actionable improvements
We're looking for someone who has
- Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience
- Genuine passion for and solid knowledge of Western / Spanish cuisines
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams in a high-energy, high-volume environment
- Strong financial acumen – comfortable managing P&L, labour and food cost targets
- Excellent interpersonal & conflict-resolution skills, and able to work under pressure
- Fluency in English, Mandarin & Cantonese
